At first I didn't have an is...I agree on the water. At first I didn't have an issue drinking it. I love water. But after these few weeks of drinking ginormous bottles every day...all day...it is wearing on me and I am finding other ways to flavor it up. The lemon does work well.<BR/><BR/>But after my visit with the Dr. he explained to me just why water is so beneficial to weight loss. And it convinced me it was worth it to "suck it up" so to speak. ;)<BR/><BR/>I have been wanting to do a post about it, but wanted to get a few more facts afore I do....<BR/><BR/>Thank you for the post!
