It's a go

So...ok. Since most of you have experienced Weight Watchers, I am going to rely on your great wisdom of where exactly I screw up. :P I know I have issues with just eating. Basically that I don't. I go all day without anything but coffee and then eat a huge dinner. 'Cause by then...I am starving. I think I would do best if I could make myself eat several small meals throughout the day. I dunno...I need help...

I am looking forward to this! I wanna feel all sexy n'stuff. :P

It sounds like you already know one thing to improve on.

I really mess up when I don't eat, so I make myself have something throughout the day. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and an afternoon snack. If breakfast didn't do it for me, I'll have a mid-morning snack, but usually only if breakfast was early. It has really helped. :)

Yeah I actually need to learn to eat rather than to not. It has worked in the opposite fashion for me. Then when I do eat, it stays on. My Dr. called it starvation mode, my body thinks it isn't going to get anything, so it holds on to what it does get. My difficulty will be wanting to eat when I am not hungry until my metabolism gets up and running again. I do real good for a while, then I end up in my old habits of "Being too busy". Should never be too busy for good health. :)

You don't have to eat a big breakfast to get the benefits of kick starting your metabolism in the morning. It can be something as easy as a Slim Fast shake (or other nutritional shake), make a fruit smoothie the night before and have it ready to go, or just a protein bar.

I can do a breakfast drink...Heck, I drink all day long. No...No...not that kind of drinking. ;)
