I weigh myself at least 4 times a week. I used to weigh daily but I'm trying to cut down...
I used to weigh myself every morning, but I'm trying to break myself of the habit. Right now I'm trying to limit myself to Wednesday and once over the weekend.I only count my official weight as the one I get after I get out of bed, before I consume anything (even water), and only in my underwear. If I forget until I get out of the shower, it's too late, because who knows how much the water soaked up in my hair weighs!
