Did you weigh this morning? I did, and I'm down 1 pound from last week.
I'm off now to get groceries before an incoming storm makes it here. There are dire predictions of thick ice and arctic cold air. Brrrr! Again, that hibernation thing is looking good. Does anyone know if shivering counts as an aerobic exercise?

Okay, you twisted my arm! I'm back in.
Last Wed (1/3) I had my initial weigh-in. 272.4.
Today's weigh-in was 269.2. So I managed 3.2 lbs last week. Now I just need to keep it up!
My eating has been really good. I'm hoping I can keep it that way. I also need to get back to blogging.
Tech, please list me as 3.2/22.4 for my short term goal, and 3.2/100 for my long term.
Baby steps.
Also, I am now totally addicted to Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus.

I'm posting late so no one will see! I gained YES GAINED 8 ounces. Sigh. I showed all the restraint of a French king when faced by food.
