Hi everyone! I just thought a central blog dedicated to slimming down in 2006 would be more helpful to our goals. We can post our progress, encourage each other, exchange healthy recipes and ways to sneak in more exercise, and any problems we may have to work out on here.
I would rather have done it where each of us could post, instead of just commenting to whatever I post, though. Maybe Tech can help us with that. If you have any other ideas or thoughts, please let me know.
