WWINs-day Weigh-In
Good morning, friends!
Imagine my surprise to be able to report that I am down 3 pounds this week, for a total of 5 pounds off. Woot!
Maybe things are finally starting to click for me.

Wow--way to go Trixie!
I lost a big ZERO. I guess I expected it after my rebel run this last week.
Trixie and Michelle are awesome! And frankly FF is awesome, too. If I had gone through what she did this week, I would have started at one end of Braum's and ate my way to the other end!
I lost -- tada! -- 3.2 pounds! Finally the scale is starting to move in the right direction again.
This makes my total 4.3 pounds loss since the beginning.
I'm proud of everyone! We're still sticking in there and showing progress. Michelle, even .4 is progress! You've gone great guns, so don't be surprised by a plateau. Next week you'll probably show another good loss.
Congrats to you Tech and you too Frenzied. I didn't say so before, but to not gain is an awesome thing too! I behaved myself last week and was still happy that I showed some sort of loss. I had a feeling because of losing so much in one week, that I might gain or something. Yeah!
I'm down .5 lbs this week, for a total of 2. And it's a freakin' miracle, since I spent the last 4 days at my mother's house grazing on various casseroles, coldcuts, finger sandwiches and sweets.
Oh FF, you don't know what a Braum's is? You poor thing. How do you Californians survive? Braum's is simply the best ice cream and dairy store in the nation. They raise their own cattle and feed their beef only corn and other sweet feed. They have a double cherry praline pecan ice cream that is well known to be served in Heaven.
I'm down one pound. Sometimes I feel like I'm trying to empty the ocean with a spoon...but at least it's going in the right direction. Congrats to everyone! Having to be accountable on Wednesday is making me think about choices I make. I may still make the wrong ones, but at least I'm thinking about them!

So I sit still at 5.7.
At least it wasn't up. :\
WooHOO!! Congrats Trixie!
I down .4 ... Yeah .4. I am down though, and I have to be thankful for that. Even if it is "only" .4 :P
But it rounds me off at 18lbs even.

BTW, I have updated the totals to reflect what people have posted today. And if I have one wrong, let me know and I'll fix it.

Yippee for Michelle, Tech and Jaime!
Thanks for the pats-on-the-back. I have no idea what Braum's is, but I'll take Tech's word for it that it's good! :)
An extra pat to Jaime--that's awesome considering the circumstances.

Oh Man...
I read "Cherry Praline Pecan Ice Cream" and I swear my mouth did the jumping jacks...
Congrats Jaime!

Oh! We have Coldstone and Marble Slab here, so maybe that's how we're surviving. :)
High-5 to Crystal--sometimes thinking about is all we can hope for, but as you said, at least it's going in the right direction.
Hurray for everyone!
