Let's see... It is Wednesday

That means it's time for the scales again.

Even though I haven't posted in a while, I am holding at 5 pounds total loss. With warm weather becoming more of the "norm" around here, I anticipate adding walks to my routine. That always is a great help with my program.

How are you doing this week? Challenges? Successes?

Not much in the way of progress for me this last week. I thought for a moment to take a pass, but I haven't missed a week yet so... I am .2 down which gives me a total of 22.2

I suppose it's a good thing though, it makes me try that much harder to stick with it.

Michelle, you have thing for 2's, huh? Down is down--woohoo! :)

I'm adjusting my numbers so I'm not trying to track two weigh-ins. I was just getting too confused. So, my total is 8.2.

I was SO hoping to achieve my 50 lbs. at WW on Monday, but I missed it by .8! Sheesh. I had my hopes up too high because it affected my whole day. I even cried a little when I got to my car after the meeting. It was a bit rough. I am usually happy with just going down, but I guess because it's a big milestone I sabotaged myself with high expectations. Bad kitty!

Onward! :)

I feel like I'm getting back on track. I'm down 1 pound this week, for a total of 2.5.

I do have a word of advice, however. If you have a dimmer switch in your bathroom, don't turn it only halfway on and then try to weigh yourself when you've been out of bed approximately 2 minutes. I mistook a 1 for a 7 (in the wrong direction) and nearly had a fit!

I'm up two pounds. I feel like a yo-yo. (sigh) However, I didn't weigh until this afternoon when Tech reminded me it was Wednesday. (Thanks a lot, Tech.) And usually I weigh first thing in the morning, so maybe it's not as bad as I think. At least that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Congrats to all of us for sticking with this!

Don't be so hard on yourself, FF. I'd LOVE to be .8 pounds away from my goal. :)

I know better than to get all hung up on the numbers, but I really wanted to make 50 this week. It might be three weeks before I get back to a meeting, so it'll now be that much longer until I get the next chance. Maybe I'll get my 50 AND 55--that could be fun! :)
