Sing

The Weight Loss Word of the Day is SING! Research shows that singing is good for you, both emotionally and physically. Good singers learn now to breathe properly and increase their lung capacity. And singing reduces stress and releases endorphins. So belt out that song in your shower, dance around living room, sing!

Hmmm, I wonder how DS will appreciate my singing in the shower when his room is right next door. Might be a new way to get him out of bed--heehee.
