I popped in and noticed that no one has posted for a couple of weeks. Thought I'd catch you all up on what I've been doing. Basically, I'm still walking. Staying pretty much the same in terms of my weight, which is a good thing. I'd not complain if my summer eating habits resulted in another weight loss, but I'm not complaining if it doesn't, either. As long as I don't regain it, I'm happy.
