WWIN's day

*crickets*

Ok then, since this here internet has been a bit scarce lately, me included, I'll go ahead and post for this weeks results.

I don't have a cute story, or poem or some witty comment to entertain you with. My head is too full of other stuff, that has pushed any sort of creativity or fun thought aside. I am thinking it went out my right ear. It's been kinda itchy.

*crickets*

See? That's pretty bad.

Anyway, I am not sure how it happened. Especially after reading Crystal's munchie post. I realized upon reading that, that I didn't have a specific craving. I crave food. I am not even hungry, and I am craving something to put into my mouth. Anything. But, with all the munching I have been doing the past week, I lost 2lbs exactly, again. The lady at WW says I must be on some 2lb roll. All I could think of was fresh baked bread...

*crickets*

So how'd you do?

If I remember my last reported weight correctly, I'm up 1/2 a pound. (Total of -1.5). However, if I had actually reported last week, I could say I lost 2 lbs.

I feel like I'm getting things back under control, though.

It's getting weird, when I lose at WW, I seem to put something on by Wednesday. I may have to refigure my numbers so it jives with WW and then just stick with the WW weigh-in for reporting here. My head is swimming with all the numbers! :)

I am sorry frenzied.

I only go with what WW says. "Officially" anyway. I weigh myself all week and my weight fluctuates all over the place. If WW shows a loss, then I know I am losing. It's been consistant so far.

It was explained to me, by WW, that when we lose, our bodies will also go through an adjustment. Redistributing the weight etc... Keep the weigh in to a certain day, just once a week and you will see the results on a regular basis as time progresses. If I went with what I weighed this morning, I could say I lost another 2 pounds already. But I know that isn't accurate. It will be a different story by tonight and by my next weigh in at WW.

Stick to it Frenzied, look how far you've come? You are my inspiration...

Thanks, I needed that, Michelle. I think I will stick with WW's numbers. It's getting too confusing doing both.

My Mom is visiting this week. The good news is we're doing a lot of walking and sightseeing -- the bad news is that we're eating our way through California. I'm taking a pass this week!
