Way to go, Jaime and Tech. Michelle, .4 is within the range of natural weight fluctuations. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a trend over at least a month. Frenzied, (((hugs))). Hang in there!! You'll get there if you don't give up.The last time I was on a scale, I wast down a pound. I'm still doing what I want to do--walking and not worrying about the rest. :)
